Instant debit card CASH CARD allows:

  • to have the bank account in Russian rubles;
  • to receive budget payments to the card;
  • to have free issue and annual maintenance;
  • to have free connection to Mobile Banking and Internet Banking;
  • to withdraw cash without commission at all ATMs of Credit Europe Bank (Russia);
  • to replenish the current accounts without commission (including for repayment of debt on loans) through the Bank's ATMs with the cash-in function;
  • to make money transfers in a Mobile Banking using a mobile phone number through the Fast Payment System (SBP), interbank transfers;
  • to participate in the Loyalty Program for Mir cardholders, which guarantees discounts from partners and increased cashback for certain categories of goods and services throughout the Russian Federation, to participate in the program, additional registration is required on the website https://privetmir.ru/.

Instant debit card CASH CARD can be issued at any Credit Europe Bank’s branch.

Who can apply for CASH CARD?

  • Citizens of the Russian Federation who is permanently registered* in the territory of the Russian Federation;
  • Foreign citizen registered at the place of residence or at the place of residence in the territory of the Russian Federation;
  • Over the age of 18 (at the time of application).

* You can also issue a card if you have a temporary registration.

Activation of the payment card CASH CARD, getting the PIN:

Procedures for the activation maps and the formation of a PIN held:

  • at the branch, you must have the card and identity documents with you;
  • by phone call to Credit Europe Bank’s Customer Care Service: 8 (495) 775 775 7 (for Moscow and Moscow region) and 8 (800) 700 775 7 (for the regions, toll-free)

Ways to fund the payment card CASH CARD:

  • at ATMs of the Bank with the function of receiving cash;
  • in the Mobile banking and Internet banking system;
  • in the cash offices of Credit Europe Bank by cash from the cashier of the Bank or by bank transfer;
  • in the electronic terminal networks;
  • Post offices in Russia by means of electronic money transfers;
  • from other banks through the interbank funds transfer to your current account at Credit Europe Bank.

Please pay attention!
If you leave the Russian Federation, we strongly recommend you to inform the Bank on the country of destination and duration of your stay no later than 1 calendar day before the departure. You can do it: in Mobile bank, by contacting Call-Center or submitting a written application to a branch of the Bank, otherwise the Bank is entitled to suspend the transactions on your Card.
For the resumption of Card transactions while you are abroad please contact Call Center of the Bank on the telephone number on the reverse side of your Card.
In case of absence of prior notification of the Bank before your trip, processing Card transactions will be resumed within 24 hours from your call.
