Apple Pay comes to Credit Europe Bank’s cardholders

Moscow – July 2018 — cardholders of Mastercard® cards issued by Credit Europe Bank can use Apple Pay — an easy, secure and personal payment tool that completely transforming mobile payments, offering speed and convenience. 

At the core of Apple Pay there are security and privacy. When you use a credit or debit card with Apple Pay, the actual card numbers are not stored neither on the device nor on Apple servers.

Instead of this, a unique Device Account Number is assigned, encrypted and guarded in the Secure Element on your device. Each transaction is authorized with a one-time unique security code, which is generated dynamically.

Apple Pay is easy to set up: users can add a Mastercard credit or debit card through the Wallet application. Apple Pay works with iPhone SE, iPhone 6 and later, and Apple Watch.
